We are delighted to invite you to From Science to Impact: Flagships Meet Leading Companies, an event jointly organised by the Research Council of Finland and Business Finland on 28 October 2026, from 12:00 to 16:00, at Hakaniemenranta 6, Helsinki.

The event brings together representatives from the Finnish Flagship Programme, Leading Companies (Veturi companies), and public funding organisations to foster stronger connections between research and industry. The aim is to create new opportunities for collaboration, strengthen dialogue, and showcase the world-class expertise, research infrastructures, and innovation capabilities available within the Flagships.

A central part of the programme is a Flagship Research Marketplace and Poster Exhibition, where each Flagship will showcase its strengths, collaboration opportunities, research infrastructures, and examples of impact. Veturi company representatives will have the opportunity to explore the exhibition at their own pace, engage directly with researchers, and discuss shared interests and potential future cooperation.

• Explore opportunities for collaboration, including joint R&D projects, pilot initiatives, talent development
